At Renew Ph, we take care in preparing each order with intention and quality.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–7 business days, depending on order volume.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Please note:

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During restocks, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be closer to the 7-business-day window.

Shipping Method

We currently ship exclusively through UPS.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time is determined by UPS and is separate from processing time.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
